Why to learn Indian cooking in your holidays

Indian cuisine is most popular alll over world. All your family and friends will love you ,if you have learn art of making chicken masala, Lamb korma and chapati at your home.You will enjoy cooking home made chicken masala or chicken biryani to your loving family and friends.

Tanning of body can be faded with time but learning indian cuisine by master chef D D will be always in your memory and a pride of your beautiful holidays in Koh- Samui.

What we offer

There’s a choice of five menus (including three vegitarian / vegan) or, if you have specific requests, We’ll be more than happy to customize one to your requirement.

The class starts off with an explanation of the different ingredients and how and why they’re used. This is followed by the preparation, with tips on cutting and chopping techniques. Then it’s down to the cooking, with advice and instrution being given about temperatures, times how and when to blend the various ingredints.

And, finally, it’s time to sit down and eat the ‘fruits’ of your labour (you can bring a partner or friend along to help you at this stage!). Plus, You’ll be presented with your very own ‘Noori India Cooking Center’ apron to take back home, and a certificate of achievement for proudly displaying on your kitchen wall!

Classess are held every day from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, and from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
The price is 1,800 baht per person.

Who We Are

At Noori India Cooking Center, you’ll be in the very capable hands of India restaurateur/chef, D.D. Panday, and his brigade of assistants. D.D. has a wealth of cooking experoence during which time he’s accumlated a vest knowledge of India cusine. And with a 5-sta studded background in the hospitality industry (D.D. was previously the General Manager of the prestigious Hotel Desert Resort. Mandawa, when it achieved the ‘Best Hotel Award’ from the Government of India), what he doesn’t know about his national cuisine isn’t worth knowing. But not only is D.D. an informative and interesting teacher he also puts everything across in a fun and relaxed manner making the class a most enjoyable experience.
